F12 has a vast storage capacity of 10,000 metric tons. The storage capacity is divided into- 4 chembers of 50 metric tons, 3 chembers of 300 metric tons, 1 chember of 600 metric tons and 3 chembers of 2000 metric tons. There is also a separate storage facility of 1500 metric tons for the storage of frozen food items.
The customers as per their requirement can take the entire chember or can keep their products in a same chember.

Maintaining the quality of the products is of prime importance at F12. To keep the quality of the products intact the company takes care of temperature, humidity and the level of CO2 within the cold storage.

Temperature

Customers can monitor and control the temperature of the chembers in which their products are kept. Separate temperature settings can be done for individual chembers.

Humidity

The company uses best in class humidifiers and dehumidifiers to maintain the level of humidity within the chembers. Humidity can be reduced to as low as 45% considering the requirement of the products kept.

CO2 Level

We take care of the air flow and level of CO2 within the storage to keep the products natural and fresh. F12 is the only cold storage in North India providing this facility.

Giving its customers the facility of real time monitoring and online access F12 is one of the most highly automated cold storages in North India. The customers can view and control the temperature and other parameters of the chembers taken by them. High automation done in F12 leads to lowest amount of human intervention thus keeping the products in good quality.

The prices charged by us for providing the cold storage facility are very reasonable and economical compared to those charged by our competitors.

The company has a collaboration with various collateral agencies like NBFCs, Edelweiss, star agri etc., and tie-ups with various banks to provide easy finance facility to its customers.

F12 is strategically located at Delhi-Mumbai Highway in the district town of Dholpur in Rajasthan. The facility is located between Agra and Gwalior thus giving it a competitive advantage over others. As far as transportation is concerned, the company has collaboration with various transportation agencies. These transportation companies will take care of the needs of the customers while transporting both frozen and normal temperature goods.
